Our online Free Design service is primarily intended for customers purchasing RTA cabinets and is handled through phone and email.An in-person consultation provides a more hands-on experience and access to a much broader range of cabinet sizes, modifications, accessories, finishes, and design possibilities. You'll work face-to-face with an experienced kitchen designer to develop a more customized solution for your space.

Our in-person design service is ideal for homeowners who want more choices than a standard RTA cabinet line can provide. Depending on the cabinet line, your designer can work with additional sizes, configurations, modifications, storage accessories, decorative pieces, finishes, and other options to create a kitchen tailored more closely to your space.

Absolutely. Your designer can help coordinate cabinet finishes, countertops, flooring, paint, hardware, backsplash ideas, and other materials. We'll consider how colors, patterns, textures, and finishes interact rather than choosing each part of the kitchen independently.

Can your designer help with flooring, lighting, paint, and other parts of my remodel?

Yes. Although we may not provide every product or trade involved in your project, an experienced kitchen designer can offer guidance on how flooring, lighting, paint, appliances, backsplash, hardware, and other elements relate to your overall design.

Does the consultation include kitchen measurements?

Accepted Answer

We can help determine what measurements are needed to properly design your kitchen. Approximate measurements are often enough to begin the design process, with more precise measurements or an in-home visit coordinated when appropriate before the project is finalized.

Do I need measurements before my first consultation?

No. Measurements are helpful, but you don't need perfect dimensions to have your first conversation with us. If you have approximate measurements, bring them along. Photos of the space can also be extremely useful.
